RVNL Secures Landmark Win with First Delhi Metro Phase IV Contract

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has achieved a significant milestone by winning its first project under the much-anticipated Delhi Metro Phase IV expansion. The ₹382.5 crore contract awarded by Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) focuses on civil construction for an elevated viaduct and five elevated metro stations between Janakpuri West and RK Ashram Marg.

This development marks RVNL’s entry into the Delhi Metro’s highly competitive Phase IV landscape. The awarded section spans nearly 8 km, with stations located at key urban nodes that are expected to ease congestion and improve last-mile connectivity in the capital city.

The scope of work includes architectural finishing, roofing, plumbing, and environmental control systems – reflecting DMRC’s focus on holistic and sustainable infrastructure. RVNL's proven track record in executing large-scale railway projects adds confidence to timely and efficient delivery.
