Ammann India Rolls Out First ABG 5420 Tracked Paver and Opens Advanced Warehouse in Gujarat

In a significant milestone for India’s road construction equipment sector, Ammann India has officially rolled out its first ABG 5420 Tier-III tracked paver from its Ditasan manufacturing facility in Gujarat. This launch marks the beginning of localized production for the ABG series in India, aimed at serving both domestic needs and global export markets.

The ABG 5420 paver is designed for superior performance, reliability, and fuel efficiency. With Tier-III emission compliance, it caters to environmentally conscious infrastructure development while maintaining productivity for large-scale road projects. Built with advanced engineering, the paver promises high paving accuracy, operational ease, and long-term durability.

Global Export Hub Vision

Ammann India’s move aligns with the ‘Make in India for the World’ initiative, with plans to export the ABG 5420 to key regions such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. This strategy positions India as a central manufacturing hub for high-quality road construction machinery.

State-of-the-Art ABG Parts Warehouse

Alongside the paver launch, Ammann India has inaugurated a 10,000 sq ft ABG parts warehouse in Gujarat. Equipped with modern racking systems and capable of storing up to 1,800 SKUs, the facility is designed to ensure faster parts availability, improve aftermarket support, and enhance customer service efficiency across the region.
