- For Himalayan states, northeastern states, and Jammu & Kashmir, the cost-sharing ratio is 90:10, offering Rs.1.30 lakh of assistance.
- 100% financing for housing units in Union Territories (including Ladakh).
- Beneficiaries receive Rs.90.95 per day of unskilled labor wages under MGNREGS.
- Toilet construction assistance of Rs.12,000 is provided in collaboration with the Swachh Bharat Mission-Gramin (SBM-G) and other schemes.

6. Eligibility Criteria for PMAY-G
- Houseless families and those living in kutcha houses with one or two rooms are eligible.
- Households without a literate adult over 25 years old.
- Households with no male members aged between 16 and 59 years.
- Households with no able-bodied members but with a disabled member.
- Landless households that earn from casual labor.
- Categories include Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Others, and Minorities.

- They own a motorized two-wheeler, three-wheeler, four-wheeler, or agriculture equipment.
- They possess a Kisan Credit Card (KCC) with a credit limit over Rs.50,000.
- Any member of the household is employed with the government or earns more than Rs.10,000 per month.
- They pay income tax or professional tax, or own a refrigerator or landline phone.
